Summer season’s more or less finished

Results from the weekend’s matches

It will be a couple of days before I get the full results from Friday evening’s under 15 match at Brighton and Sunday’s under 13 match at K2 – so I won’t write a report on the matches just yet. However it was good to see Toby Penlington competing in both the discus and the javelin at opposite ends of K2 – with the events taking place at the same time. So he had to keep running from one end to the other. Well done Toby.

Combined Events Championships this coming weekend at Sutton

We have a good number of athletes taking part in theses Championships on Saturday (boys) and Sunday (girls) and we wish them well in this final event of the summer.
