Not much to talk about this week
Not too much to tell you about this week with training sessions going ahead as normal. A bit disappointing that only 2 athletes turned up for the jumps session on Saturday morning, though Sunday morning at East Court saw 13 athletes, the highest Sunday morning turn-out this autumn.
While there’s still a little while to go to Christmas we will soon be issuing a note to tell you about the changes to the training patterns over the Christmas/New Year period.
What’s happening over the next week ?
Tuesday December 1 – circuits session at Imberhorne Upper School from 7.30pm
Thursday December 3 – Thursday evening training at Imberhorne Upper School from 7pm.
Sunday December 6 – training for all at East Court from 10.30 to about 11.45.
