2020 awaits

The Last Tuesday and Thursday evening training sessions of 2019

Our last Tuesday and Thursday evening training sessions of 2019 took place last week, and as usual were a little bit lighter than our normal sessions. It was very helpful that the staff at the Upper School on Thursday evening opened up the gym for us to use – instead of a wet and puddly track.

Sussex County Cross-Country Championships – January 4

These championships take place on Saturday January 4 at Bexhill and entries have to be made by in the next few days by December 28.

Sussex Indoor Championships – February 16 and 17

These championships take place over the weekend of February 16 and 17 at Sutton and entries can now be made.

East Court training sessions

If you feel the need to take some exercise over the Christmas period we will be holding extra sessions at East Court over the next couple of weeks, as well as the normal Sunday morning sessions.

So come and blow away your cobwebs from 10.30 to 11.45 or so on

Sunday December 29

Tuesday December 31

Sunday January 5

What’s happening in the next couple of weeks ?

Wednesday 25 December – Father Christmas climbs down your chimney.

Friday 27 December – training for all at East Court from 10.30 to 11.45 or so.

Saturday 28 December – last day for entering Sussex Cross-Country Championships.

Sunday 29 December – East Court training from 10.30 to 11.45

Tuesday 31 December – training for all at East Court from 10.30 to 11.45 or so.

Sunday 5 January – East Court training from 10.30 to 11.45.

Tuesday 7 January – Gym training at Imberhorne LOWER school re-starts. From 7 to 8.

Thursday 9 January – training at Imberhorne UPPER school re-starts. From 7 to 8.
