Welcome to East Grinstead Athletics Club

Formed in 1978, we are a friendly athetics club where we all know each other and welcome all newcomers – everyone has a chance to sprint, throw a discus, jump as high or as far as they can, run on roads or run over cross-country.

Coming up over the next couple of weeks

Tuesday June 22 – training for all at Sackville School from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm.

Thursday June 24 – training for all at Imberhorne Upper School 7 pm to 8 pm.

Saturday June 26 – academy training (school years 4 and 5) at Imberhorne Upper School from 11 to 12.

Sunday June 27 – match at Lewes for under 20s and for under 17s

Sunday June 27 – last day to register for Sussex County Champs.

Tuesday June 29 – training for all at Sackville School from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm.

Thursday July 1 – training for all at Imberhorne Upper School 7 pm to 8 pm.

Saturday July 3 – academy training (school years 4 and 5) at Imberhorne Upper School from 11 to 12.

Sunday July 4 – Sussex County Championships for under 15s and upwards at Withdean Stadium in Brighton.
